Shipping Policy
We charge a flat $10 shipping fee for all U.S. orders, with free shipping automatically applied on purchases over $60. All products are made-to-order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
We currently ship only within the United States. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, contact us at ToyBoxgamingllc@gmail.com and we’ll help you track it down.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Replacements are fulfilled through Printful, our production partner, and typically ship within 7–14 business days after we confirm the issue. Please double-check sizing and product details before ordering, as exchanges or refunds for fit or buyer’s remorse are not available.
